Use one living-mob census
Spy visible types first, leash required types to the same player, breed or tame next, and kill last. Villages, trial chambers, night hostiles, and Nether structures can each add several types to the same staged packet.

02
Preserve the mob until the packet is finished
Run the board audit in order: spy, leash, breed or tame, interaction, then kill. Early cleanup can remove several later conversions from the same animal.
